I wanted to make CeeCoon more unique physically. The only major difference so far between her and a normal raccoon is the necklace she wears.

I gave her the ability to make the rings on her tail glow blue. Whoop-te-doo.

And also I drew myself in a sort of Psychonaughty style, making myself a Psy-cadet to train at Whispering Rock. I've leveled out her powers so she's anything but overpowerful. She doesn't know much, and what powers she does have, she isn't that skilled with. Except for levitation, which she excells at.

Good job. I like her. And I'm glad she's not a Marry sue. I really hate when someone makes a fan character and she is so much stronger than the main character. -.- I just want to say, 'If she's so strong, why is she still in camp?' XD So I like this one. I like her hair.

Exactly! I hate those too! >_< Especially "Mine's the second youngest Psychonauts and she is betar than raz lolololol" types. Blech.
So yes, I made sure Cee was all weak because she's out of practice and doesn't focus that well. I didn't want her to be over powered at all.

I agree. It's okay to have them be powerful. I mean, being helpless is no fun at all. But I just can't stand the godlike 8 year olds. UGH!

I know, right? It's so annoying to find a ten year old who can take on a whole army of non-psychics and win. But yeah, you don't want them to be powerless either. I tried to balance mine out.

Yeah, I RP a COMPLETELY helpless character in one of my RP's. And while my RP buddy has fun, I am bored. -.- I DO like to torture my helpless male character though. He's fun to hurt. Bad news is THAT RP buddy loves him and won't let me even though I created him. It's good you balance yours out.

I had a friend who always dominated RPs with a god character while my normal little thing was doing it's best to stay alive. I hate god characters. >_<
